Author Spotlight: Lyndsey Lewellen

Lyndsey Lewellen grew up on a healthy dose of comic books, punk music, and sci-fi. She infuses all three loves into novels written for young adults. The Chaos Grid duology is her debut dystopian series set in a futuristic Texas wasteland she hopes will never come to pass.

Kickstarter is a crowd funding platform that allows patrons to pledge to projects they care about. Each campaign runs for a specific amount of days to reach a pre-determined goal. If the goal isn’t met, the funds aren’t collected. It’s a really great way to get something special from an author you love, or to try something new.

Speaking of…

My campaign is still set to launch in May. I’m prepping for it in the in between times I have while I’m also moving and trying to finish my book. Son of the Stars, the third in the Mothmar trilogy, is back with my editor as I track along behind her in the word document. We’re trying to get this thing ready for a proofread by April.

It’ll be a miracle tbh.
